I couldn't have asked for a better location as the hotel overlooked the sea and was a short walk from all the attractions in Cromer. The room was surprisingly quiet despite facing the street, and the shared bathroom was immaculately clean. The value for money was exceptional, making the stay truly worthwhile.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was amazing, right across from the beach and close to town. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, although a wardrobe would have been nice. The service was top-notch, especially the friendly breakfast waitress. Dining was substantial with a good selection, and the homemade marmalade was a highlight. A delightful experience overall!

The hotel's location is outstanding, just across the road from the sea, making it a perfect spot for exploring. I found the rooms to be of poor standard, especially the 'Superior' sea view room, which was exceptionally disappointing for the price paid.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were pretty basic but only across the road from the sea.
Service

The service was a mix. Some staff were not very friendly with long, colored, false nails, but others were fabulous with a cheerful mood and clearly trying to be of service. I particularly appreciated the lady on reception who was a true gem.
